For the Ardena Business Unit API-NL based in Oss, we are looking for a Director Analytical Sciences
YOUR ROLE
As a Director Analytical Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in the Analytical Sciences department, ensuring development and execution of department strategy, team performance, flawless execution, up to date compliance, collaboration with other departments, bringing innovation and entrepreneurship to the department. You will work closely with the department of PR&D, QA, FM and finance to deliver high-quality solutions that align with Ardena’s mission. As a director you are part of the API-NL MT and you will support the mission and vision of the Business Unit.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining HSE standards and thus safeguard a safe working environment
- Daily operation activities of the department
- People management of the department
- Leads the introduction of new analytical techniques
- Initiates and contributes to improve efficiency
- Replace BU director in absence
- Contribute to business development
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Sciences or equivalent field of experience
- More than 15 years of experience in CDMO business
- More than 10 years of experience in line management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong capability of self/personal reflection
- Soft skills that align with our CARE values- Communicative, Accountable, Reliable, and Excellent
