What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute the distribution strategy across all TSH hotels, ensuring alignment with revenue and commercial goals.
- Manage and optimize the hotel's presence on all relevant booking channels, including OTAs, GDS, housing agencies and direct platforms.
- Analyze channel performance and collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
- Negotiate, contract, and maintain strong partnerships with third-party distribution partners.
- Ensure rate parity across all platforms and troubleshoot any connectivity or mapping issues with PMS and channel managers.
- Act as a guardian of brand accuracy online by monitoring and flagging incorrect or outdated content across all distribution channels
What You'll Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or sales within the hospitality industry.
- You are well acquainted with distribution and booking platforms
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- You have hands-on experience managing channel distribution strategies to maximize room revenue and optimize inventory across multiple platforms
- You are skilled in analyzing booking trends, negotiating contracts with OTAs, and coordinating with sales and revenue teams to implement effective distribution plans
