Who are we?
We are Cityden. With 348 stylish apartments spread across 3 (soon to be 5!) aparthotels in and around Amsterdam, we blend hotel service with the comfort of a private apartment. Think: hotel meets home. Our guests range from weekend-getaway friends to families staying for extended periods giving you as a marketer a wide target audience to engage with.

In 2026, we’re opening two brand-new locations one in Amsterdam and one in Rotterdam each with their own vibe. How cool would it be to help launch these hotels? What will you be doing & learning?
- You’ll work on the floor and get to know the full hotel operation, from Front Office to Housekeeping and F&B.
- You’ll be trained to run entire shifts independently as Duty Manager, leading the operational team. Fire alarm? You’ve got it under control. Guest complaint? You’ll turn it into a smile.
- You’ll take on administrative tasks and learn how a hotel is managed behind the scenes, from cash handling to time tracking and month-end results.
- You’ll play a key role in guest satisfaction through review management and complaint handling.
- You’ll have the space to contribute ideas and help improve operations and innovation.
Who are you?
- You’re doing an HBO degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or similar, and you’re available for at least 6 months
- You’re proactive, stress-resistant, and service-oriented
- You speak fluent English (bonus points if you speak another language)
- You’re available 5 days per week and flexible to work different shifts, including weekends
