About the Role
We're on the lookout for an organized and efficient E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to be a vital part of our European operations in Diemen. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure our products get smoothly from our warehouse straight to our customers' doorsteps throughout Europe.

While your primary focus will be on managing our fulfillment processes, we're genuinely open to candidates who can also bring skills in another area. This could be anything from customer support or marketing to content creation. Responsibilities and Duties:
Core Fulfillment Functions (Primary Focus):
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory and pack e-commerce orders carefully for shipment.
- Shipping & Labeling: Prepare packages for various carriers, generate shipping labels, and manage daily pickups.
- Inventory Support: Help maintain accurate inventory records, assist with stock counts, and ensure products are neatly organized in the warehouse.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and efficient for optimal workflow.
- Receiving Shipments: Unload incoming deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly store items.
- Returns Processing: Handle incoming customer returns, inspect products, and process them according to company guidelines.
Potential Combined Functions (Depending on Your Skills & Interests):
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat regarding orders, products, and shipping updates.
- Marketing Support: Assist our global marketing team with localized campaigns, social media tasks, or creating product photos/videos.
- Administrative Support: Help with data entry, run basic reports on fulfillment performance, or assist with other general office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in a warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Comfortable with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping software is a plus.
- Working proficiency in English (oral/written/comprehension) is required.
- An eager and curious mindset for learning new skills and contributing to a small, growing team.
Bonus Skills (if combining with another function):
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) or basic content creation tools.
- Experience with website content updates.
- Proficiency in Dutch or German (speaking, writing) is a significant advantage.
