Reach your full potential as an E-commerce Project Manager & Business Analyst
As an E-commerce Project Manager & Business Analyst, you play a central role in accelerating the digital transformation of our non-food retail division. You’ll work in an ambitious team for and with leading (inter)national brands. With your expertise in e-commerce, data, and project management, you will help build scalable processes, smarter automation, and improved customer experiences, lifting both the team and the platform to a higher level.
You will lead strategic initiatives such as improving our onboarding process, automating product information via system integrations with suppliers and customers (API), and optimizing our online sales platform. Throughout, you’ll maintain a strong focus on user satisfaction, the technical performance of the website, and how we can better support buyers with insights into online category performance.
You combine thinking and doing: from analyzing sales data and online behavior to implementing loyalty programs, content optimization, and digital transformation projects. You bring structure, clarity, and energy to a rapidly evolving environment.
What you will do:
Analyze sales and customer data and translate it into optimizations for e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead digitalization projects, such as system integrations with clients and suppliers for automated product information exchange.
Study developments in online buying behavior and improve the performance of our website and digital channels.
Use data and insights for category management and support buyers with clear dashboards showing performance metrics.
Identify customer needs and translate them into concrete improvements or initiatives, such as loyalty programs or personalized online journeys.
Provide hands-on support for content management when needed and actively contribute ideas on further use of technology and AI.
Qualifications
This is you
A generalist with sharp analytical skills and a strong hands-on mentality. You easily switch between strategy and execution, keep multiple projects moving, and know how to translate digital challenges into workable solutions. You thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment and are always thinking one step ahead.
You have:
At least 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce and project management, preferably in B2B or FMCG.
Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and online customer behavior.
Insight into category management and e-commerce content processes.
Knowledge of system integrations and automation (APIs).
A structured, independent working style with attention to detail and results.
Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Bol.com or Amazon is a plus.
