We’re looking for a seasoned International HR Officer who keeps our HR running smoothly day-to-day over all our office locations, while bringing fresh ideas to make things even better. You’ll be the go-to person for colleagues and take the lead on projects that move us forward as an organisation.
Anchoring your Impact
You make sure all daily HR matters are handled well for all locations.
You take ownership of HR projects from start to finish and make decisions along the way.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues with HR questions.
You keep our international pay and benefits package up to date.
You manage our recruitment, from writing job ads to welcoming new hires.
You update and improve our team member handbook
You bring creative, modern ways to make HR simple, effective and people-focused.
You’ve got it
You have 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a people focused business
You are available for 24 hours per week and are based within commuting distance of our Rotterdam office.
You speak English and Dutch fluently and you have experience working across different countries and cultures.
You are a clear, open communicator who’s approachable, warm and easy to talk to.
You are able to switch between planning ahead and hands-on work.
You are confident in making decisions and taking ownership.
You are curious and creative, someone who is always looking for better ways to do things.
