As a Maintenance Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for monitoring all maintenance services for the building's technical systems and carrying out repair and maintenance work.

What are you going to do?
As a Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for all technical aspects within the hotel. This varies from solving malfunctions to carrying out repairs and maintenance on installations, energy supplies, sanitary facilities, and lighting. You ensure that both the rooms and all public areas look perfectly maintained. You motivate and enthuse team members to get the best out of themselves, you prepare rosters, and you give instructions regarding electrical and mechanical aspects.
You also manage maintenance contacts with external companies regarding malfunctions in lifts, air conditioning, cooling and sprinkler installations. You are responsible for the periodic inspections, checks and maintenance/cleaning work on equipment, and the renovations. You monitor compliance with the regulations in the field of safety, working conditions, HACCP and work and presentation methods.
