- This position scaled in function scale IV of the Horeca cao (Collective labor agreement). The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2402,58 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employment
- A signing bonus of maximum €750,- gross
- Non-sick bonus
- Flexibility bonus
- All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request
- Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out
- A compensation of €25,- per month for a company fitness subscription in one of the many fitness centers affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland
- Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague
- Work sneaker/safety shoe allowance worth a maximum of €50 per year
- A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month.

What is important to know about this job |
The team consists of a Restaurant Manager, an Assistant Manager, a Supervisor, employees, interns and students. During breakfast, lunch and dinner you give the guests in the restaurant a warm welcome and ensure that they lack nothing. You are a real all-rounder and you also enjoy bar, banqueting and room service activities. The Restaurant Manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience is not required, but enthusiasm is!
- You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must
- You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; wanting to provide optimal service is something you have in you, sometimes this is customization
- Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work- & think level
