Working hours: Full-time or part-time – we’re flexible!
Your responsibilities:
- Entering and updating data in our internal systems
- Supporting the implementation of administrative procedures and improvements
- Processing incoming invoices
- Sales invoicing
- Accounts receivable management
- Preparing payment orders
- Maintaining time records
- Is accurate, independent, and handles confidential information well
- Can manage busy periods effectively and maintains a good overview
What we expect:
- Least 1 year administrative experience in HR and finance administration
- Communicative knowledge of Polish, English, and Dutch
- Solid computer skills (experience with Nocore, Basecone and Exact is a plus),
- Own accommodation and transport
- Accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
What we offer:
