To expand the current team, we are looking for a full time Finance Supervisor . For this role you need to be fluent in Chinese and English speaking/writting .
Responsibilities:
1. Complete all financial settlement tasks and prepare and analyze financial reports such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to provide a reliable data basis for management decisions.
2. Prepare the company’s annual financial plan and internal control standards in alignment with business objectives.
3. Design and implement programs for fund utilization, fund balance management, cost accounting, and cost control to improve capital efficiency.
4. Review the company’s business plans and economic contracts, and evaluate the economic feasibility of investment projects.
5. Provide professional advice and decision-making support on major business activities including investment and financing; participate in risk assessment, guidance, and control.
6. Ensure compliance with national financial, tax policies, and regulations; handle the company’s tax affairs and propose effective tax strategies.
7. Manage accounts receivable, follow up on collections, and ensure timely customer payments.
8. Manage accounts payable, communicate with suppliers to resolve payment issues, prepare payment plans, and maintain healthy cash flow.
9. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
10. Continuously assess financial performance and contribute strategic insights to support the company’s growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles and ready for the next step. Experience as Finance Supervisor/Teamlead is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and compliance regulations.
4. Proficient in accounting software Visma Online.
5. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
9. Excellent containment of the Chinese and English languages in writing and verbal. Dutch language is a plus.
10. CPA or other financial certifications are preferred but not required.
