Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for B2B growth? We’re looking for a freelance specialist to temporarily join our Industry & Buildings Industry & Buildings Marketing & Communications Team. In this key role, you’ll support digital campaigns, automation, analytics, and content strategy while working closely with a team of 12 marketing professionals to drive visibility, engagement, and business growth across diverse international markets.

Practical details of assignment:

  • End date: 17 April 2026
  • Hours: 32 – 40 hours per week

What will you do

In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including organic and paid advertising such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure these campaigns align with broader business goals, continuously refining them based on performance data.

You’ll also be responsible for executing and monitoring email marketing efforts, ranging from lead nurturing and newsletters to event promotion, while implementing marketing automation to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency. By designing and analysing A/B tests and personalisation initiatives, you’ll help enhance user experience and boost campaign effectiveness. Moreover, you will:

  • Maintain and improve our online presence, ensuring content is accessible, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised.
  • Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards using Power BI and native analytics platforms
  • Leverage CRM and marketing data to uncover market trends and consumer insights, in collaboration with the Growth Manager.

As Digital Marketeer Industry & Buildings you will be part of the marketing team which consists of 12 marketing professionals and is organized into three core teams: the Growth Team, the Digital Team, and the Content Team. They develop marketing plans, content, and campaigns for the various markets within the business line, aimed at growing and retaining customers, aligned with the strategies for each market.

What you bring

You have a strong foundation in digital marketing, with over five years of experience in campaign management and a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Your strategic mindset allows you to operate effectively on both tactical and operational levels, and you're comfortable working independently while driving growth through data-informed decisions.

You're skilled in analysing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies. With a deep understanding of digital channels such as email, social media, and display advertising, you know how to leverage tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4 to optimise results. Your experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, enables you to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement. In addition, you bring:

  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, insight generation, and PowerBI dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication abilities, allowing you to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder management experience, across teams, corporate functions, and business units.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
