Who are we?
We are The Florian, a new Dutch design hotel, opened in 2021 at the outskirts of Hoofddorp only few minutes away from Schiphol Airport. We have 150 rooms, 3 multifunctional conference and meeting rooms, a gym, and of course a restaurant & bar.

Who are we looking for?
- You are kind, friendly and hospitable.
- You are hard-working, reliable and a real team player.
- You are flexible and resilient, so you will handle even the busiest day with a genuine smile. No two days are the same when you work in a hotel!
- You speak English fluently and at least one other European language (Dutch, French or German are a big plus).
- You have experience in the hospitality sector or in direct/face to face customer service.
- You are looking for a long-term employment.

Open positions:
- Morning/ afternoon /evening front office host (part-time, 2-4 shifts/week)
What will be your tasks and responsibilities?
- Providing a warm welcome and a personalized customer experience to our guests
- Assisting guests with check-in, check-out and payments, helping with their luggage.
- Handling reservations
- Answering e-mails and handling phone calls
