We are searching for you as our brand new Front office Supervisor for one of our 3 hotels in the Amsterdam area. Corendon has 3 hotels in the Netherlands:
Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel (Badhoevedorp)
Corendon Amsterdam Nieuw West Hotel

What does the job involve?
As our Front Office Supervisor you are the face of the hotel and you provide a warm welcome and manage the Front Office Associates. The supervisor manages the Hosts and interns. In this position you are also responsible for checking in and out of guests and provide service during the entire stay. This includes providing tourist information, handling all questions and complaints from guests, taking and passing on messages, but also activities such as operating the telephone exchange and maintaining administration. You also take care of sales activities and ensure the presentation of the working environment. You actively contribute to improvement proposals within the Front Office Team. You are also responsible for registration, invoicing and administration.
