- Achieving goals regarding customer satisfaction and productivity, in order to contribute to the company wide targets;

- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Any additional languages are considered a plus;
- You are customer-oriented and have problem-solving skills;
- You are stress-resistant and embrace changes;
- You like a fast-paced, dynamic working environment;
- Customer service experience is a plus;

You are available for 40 hours a week and you’re based in Amsterdam.
