About The Position

Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), this role plays a critical role in shaping Flora Foods growth plans. The role is part of the RGM Global Centre of Excellence team, focusing on deploying RGM program across the globe and accelerating global RGM performance within the regions. This is a 1-year maternity cover position.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Design and execute trade spend optimization program, collaborating with Global Centre of Excellence, and regional and local RGM managers and commercial teams.
  • Define and implement the long-term trade spend strategy, integrating it into the regions and markets' annual and long-term plans.
  • Develop a trade term playbook including guidelines for trade spend to ensure consistency and pay for performance. Track performance across the regions.
  • Perform global governance and analysis across RGM pillars (price, promo, trade spend, mix, profit pool) and analyze external RGM landscape on monthly basis.
  • Co-lead RGM capability within finance and commercial functions, including deployments to markets.
  • Support creation and improvement of RGM Analytics including AI enabled tools.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

You bring 5–7 years of FMCG experience, including 3 years in Revenue Management (strategy, execution, and trade spend). You are commercially sharp, highly analytical with strong Excel skills, and a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity. You think strategically, translating complex data into clear action plans. With expertise in revenue management, consumer research (Conjoint analysis and elasticity measurement), and strong financial acumen, you consistently exceed targets. You communicate complex ideas clearly, lead change effectively, and have exposure to big data techniques.
