We are recruiting a Part Time HR Business partner on a 12 month fixed term contract to day-to-day implementation of HR policies within the organisation
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands-on HR generalist role, ideally within a professional services or international environment.
- Completed education in Human Resources Management (at least MBO+ / HBO level).
- Solid understanding of Dutch employment legislation, HR compliance, and employee benefits.
- Responsible for the full employee administration process, including drafting employment contracts, processing changes, and managing absence records.
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with external providers to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Manage maternity, paternity, and other family leave arrangement in line with Dutch legislation and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and internal HR policies.
- Implement international HR policies in the Dutch office appropriately
- Screen and shortlist candidates and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Issue contracts for both employees and consultants
- Support the implementation of training and development initiatives in collaboration with the central L&D team.
- Identify HR-related challenges and propose practical improvements to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Support the annual HR cycle, including salary reviews, promotions, and talent mapping, ensuring consistency and fairness across the process
