Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization’s growth. In this role, you will guide and coach the HR team, act as a trusted advisor to the board, and drive initiatives that strengthen our culture, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Align HR strategies, policies, and initiatives with organizational goals
- Supporting the board and executive leadership in decision-making.
- Drive recruitment, selection, workforce planning, and talent development programs to ensure the organization has the right skills for current and future needs.
- Streamline HR processes, ensure adherence to labor laws, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development, translating company values into actionable practices.
- Provide timely HR insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership and act as the main point of contact for HR-related matters.
Profile
- Proven experience in HR leadership, strategic HR planning, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR processes.
- Skilled in performance management and cultural transformation.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, adaptability, and ownership mindset.
- Proficient with HRIS and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
