As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be part of the Global Sales team that leads the Acquire and Grow motion of support contracts and identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our client’s products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer-facing role that executes engagement and drives partner hand-off.
Act as the main point of contact for our client’s customers, leading the initial lead and opportunity conversion phases of the sales process, including overcoming objections and negotiating success before handing over to the partner to quote, close, and transact.
Engage across industries to determine customer needs and opportunities for cloud technologies.
Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience by obsessing over our client’s customers and prospects.
Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists.
Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline using methods like BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
Exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions.

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the territory being covered.
Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce.

Relevant experience in technology and technology sales.

Minimum of 1 year of sales/inside sales experience working with SMB-level customers (preferred).
