About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for supporting our Mobile Cooking sub-segment.
The Inside Sales Representative Germany & Export is responsible for order processing and customer care for our key-customers in Germany and export-customers in Europe, primarily through phone, email, and online communications. The core of the activity is the order entry / processing as well as the support of the EMEA customers/sales companies.
Main Responsibilities:
· Processing of all orders including contract / price control, drafting of order confirmation, checking of returning delivery notes, creation of invoices
· Coordination with the specialist departments (marketing & logistics)
· Complete correspondence in German and English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
· Active product advice on the phone in the local language, active offer tracking, data maintenance in our CRM system
· Management of correspondence in our database
· Price list management and customer master data maintenance in the ERP system
· Freshdesk (RMA of consumers)

A suitable background would be the following in terms qualifications and experiences:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
·Reliable knowledge of English/German/Dutch, other languages in the field of work are an advantage
·Familiarity with CRM & ERP software and Microsoft Office
·Knowledge of SAP is a plus
·Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar inside-sales-driven role
