TASKS
As Intern Program Management you will be supporting the project management department with a variety of projects and on a daily basis. It can be divided in three aspects:
- Technical development
We are responsible for all the new set-ups of the locations and want to add AI in our ways of working, add/ implement an new PMS system and implement new innovations.
- Set up of our Supplier CRM system
- Project management to support the team to open up new locations on high speed time management.
We are currently (re)developing the ways of working of the project management team, which brings new challenges and features every day. But has a major learning capability in the process.
POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and key suppliers to align project goals and expectations.
· Coordinate project timelines and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
· Organize weekly meetings to align on interactive goals and project development.
· Research and evaluate project management systems (PM systems); support implementation and ongoing usage.
· Analyze the effectiveness of project processes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Schedule and attend meetings; take meeting minutes and contribute to writing and updating project status reports.
· Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure flawless execution.
· Brainstorm and propose ideas for improving process development across all ONE HUNDRED locations.
· Conduct market research to support building strategic partnerships.
· Share insights and suggestions to enhance partnership development efforts.
· Assist in implementing new well-being services for users of the ONE HUNDRED concept.
PROFILE
Proactive and results-driven professional with strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Confident communicator with excellent presentation abilities and fluency in English. Tech-savvy and experienced with Google Workspace and project management tools (JIRA/ Trello, a.o.) Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments. A self-starter who thrives both independently and in teams, always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
We offer
Euro 400 per month based on full-time (40 hours) plus Euro 20 laptop allowance per month and travel allowance if applicable
