About this position:
CrowdLED is seeking a Junior Accountant to begin building the finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the financial manager, playing a key part in maintaining smooth financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing international company.
Term of Employment:
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term with the prospect of a permanent contract

Languages Required: Dutch and English
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax forms and documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Respond to financial inquiries from management and provide support for budget management.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specially Excel and Outlook) and Exact Online.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive financial information.
