Department: Operations

As part of the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with bus partners, monitoring service performance, and coordinating new line setups. You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
About the Role
- Support regional operations by helping build and maintain strong local partnerships
- Assist with on-site projects to improve customer experience, bus quality, and driver support
- Help manage small-scale operational tasks and contribute to impactful improvements
- Use data and KPIs to support partners in delivering reliable and safe service
- Work closely with station teams and be active in the field to support quality checks
- Help ensure safety standards are followed by supporting audits and process reviews
- Use internal tools and systems to coordinate daily operations and share insights
About You
- HBO degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, tourism, logistics)
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft, Salesforce, PowerBI, Android) and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated to drive operational excellence
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Team player with a helpful mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus), with a driving license and willingness to travel
