At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager for our IVF portfolio for the Benelux region. You will be responsible for 30 customers private and public sector. You will be part of an international strong sales team in the niche area of fertility and report directly to the regional sales manager of Benelux.
This is an in- field job and will require travelling (60-70%) to liaise and meet customers face to face.
Position
In the position of Account Manager BeneLux, you will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining sales of our Fertility portfolio in the highest potential and fastest growing region. You have a solid sales record and experience in an international company operating in a competitive market. You are strong at creating and establishing customer relations at different levels of decision makers, including experienced with cross-selling. You use your market insight and analytical tools, to develop and implement specific account plans in the field. You will work together with teammates and colleagues from different departments. The role of Account Manager is vital for the business growth and strategy implementation of CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and establish market growth in both market share and revenue
- Secure Implementation and follow-up on the strategic plans
- Proactively execute on campaigns and promotions
- Generate leads and monitor public tender processes
- Cross - selling a niche board portfolio
- Prioritize customer contact in person (>60% of the working time, incl. travel)
- Bachelor in business administration or life sciences
- 3+ years of experience in sales with proven sales rack record, including identifying market opportunities, setting business priorities, advanced negotiation skills and focus on closing deals
- Diplomatic
- Result driven with a can-do attitude
- Empathic, positive and skilled communicator
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Proficient level in MS Office, experience with CRM
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is mandatory, preferable French
