Job Description
As Junior Sous Chef Pastry at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam you work in a culinary high-quality environment. Where you will provide all desserts and delicacies for the F&B outlets within the hotel.
- Lead your team with enthusiasm and expertise;
- Collaborate with the team to create exquisite pastry masterpieces;
- Work closely with the different departments and colleagues to ensure authentic luxury moments and service;
- Motivate and mentor your team members;
- Maintain high standards for pastry quality and safety;
- Keep track of the latest trends and techniques in pastry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants;
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pastry arts;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards;
- Up-to-date knowledge of pastry trends and techniques;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
