We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly organized Learning & Development Specialist to take full ownership of our Learning Academy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building engaging, multi-format learning experiences and can work closely with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, build content, and deliver exceptional training programs. We love people who think outside the box to keep learning fresh, engaging, and relevant using a range of different delivery methods, the goal is to make training something the team enjoys and values.
What you will do:
- Own, design and manage the end-to-end delivery of our Learning Academy across e-learning, live sessions, practical assessments, and more
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and training needs across the organisation
- Build out engaging content using tools like TalentLMS, Canva, and Clipchamp, transforming stakeholder input into dynamic, creative training materials
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate training sessions, equipping them with everything they need to deliver content effectively
- Drive participation and engagement using interactive, out-of-the-box methods, from games and challenges to visual storytelling
- Monitor uptake and performance of training programs, using feedback, data, and assessments to measure impact and iterate
- Take full ownership of the Learning Academy, you’ll be empowered to shape, grow, and continuously improve it with autonomy and trust
Who are you:
- (Near) native level of English
- Based in Amsterdam: with expectation to be in our Amsterdam office 4-5 days a week
- Proven experience in learning & development, ideally in a commercial or sales-driven environment
- Strong strategic thinking, able to assess needs, plan solutions, and execute with purpose
- Creative flair and confidence using content tools like Canva, Clipchamp, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing e-learning platforms (TalentLMS experience is a plus)
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a passion for making learning fun, impactful, and measurable
