You'll act as a trusted financial advisor to our International Leadership Team, supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia Pacific. This hands-on role places you at the heart of our financial strategy, driving business growth with smart forecasting, insightful analysis, and strong leadership. You'll mentor a small team, collaborate with colleagues in Accounting and Financial Operations, and leverage advanced planning and analytics tools to unlock new opportunities.
- Lead and refine FP&A processes for a diverse, multi-region business
- Support senior leaders with actionable financial insights and data-driven recommendations
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering professional growth
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BI and AI solutions within FP&A
Your background demonstrates excellence in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. You have:
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role, supporting senior leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills—you're a trusted partner and an inspiring leader
