POSITION SUMMARY:
AtriCure is looking for an eager intern to support our growing business on the digital media and marketing operations side. We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team. As an intern, you will be working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, who will provide you with real hands-on projects and daily tasks that use digital media platforms to promote AtriCure’s brand image.
This internship offers more than marketing experience - it provides a front-row seat into how cutting-edge medical therapies are introduced, communicated, and adopted across the EMEA region. You will be directly involved in promoting educational content and campaigns that help healthcare professionals better understand our therapies and their impact on patient care. AtriCure is dedicated to developing successful leaders, and we strive to provide real, hands-on experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
- Supporting the creation of online content and marketing materials (e.g., digital brochures, social media posts, email campaigns) tailored to healthcare professionals
- Organizing and storing marketing collateral, and assisting in internal communication
- Helping to manage the customer and lead databases, and assisting with lead generation activities
- Supporting preparation for upcoming internal and external events (e.g., coordinating materials, assisting with promotion, logistics support)
- Support the team in delivering various projects and collaborations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Education, Regulatory) to ensure accurate and compliant communication of therapy-related content
- Additional duties as assigned

- University courses preferred: Marketing & Communications, General Business Administration, (International) Management, (International) Business Development, Economics.
- You are enrolled at university during the whole period of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Available 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English. (Other languages are a benefit.)
