About the Internship
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Business Development and Marketing teams in identifying and nurturing opportunities across Europe and beyond. You’ll help streamline operations, amplify our communications, and bring structure and creativity to our lead generation activities.
This internship is ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business, design, and innovation consulting. You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to real-world sales and marketing strategy in a high-performing, international setting.
What You’ll Do
Assist with lead generation and qualification across MedTech, AgriTech, Safety & Defence, and Lifestyle Consumer Electronics sectors
Conduct and support outbound sales activities and manage inbound leads, including:
- Writing and sending emails
- Creating and refining workflows
- Updating and cleaning CRM databases
- Running targeted mailings
- Scheduling meetings and demos
- Support CRM optimization and tool integration (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Assist with website content updates and SEO optimization
- Contribute to event outreach campaigns before and after trade shows and matchmaking events
- Collaborate on the exploration and implementation of AI agents and data enrichment tools
- Track campaign performance and help turn insights into improvements
- Coordinate with the Marketing Lead on select content and branding activities
What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program, such as Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, International Business, Commercial Economic, Digital Marketing, Business IT & Management, Innovation Management
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You’re tech-savvy, analytical, and eager to learn new platforms and tools
- You’re organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- You enjoy balancing structured workflows with creative thinking
- You’re genuinely interested in technology, product development, and human-centered innovation
Bonus Points If You

- Have experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Figma, Canva
- Are familiar with data enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, Surfe, ZoomInfo)
- Have explored or implemented AI agents in a business context
