What you will do

  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, copying, and organizing office supplies.

  • Reception Duties: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate meeting or Metyis colleague.

  • Document Preparation: Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments.

  • Mail and Courier Handling: Sort incoming mail and manage outgoing packages.

  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

  • Office Maintenance: Perform daily rounds to keep the office well-maintained, including restocking snacks and beverages, tidying meeting rooms, cleaning coffee machines, and replenishing printer supplies.

  • Team Support: Provide general support to Office Support staff and management with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

  • Event Support: Assist in organising and coordinating company events, such as recruitment events, onboarding days, and team gatherings.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from an MBO program.

  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a team.
