LGMG is looking to hire a Parts Coordinator who has a strong background in parts and warehouse.
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate LGMG spare parts warehouse. Organizing inbound and outbound goods.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Responsible for keeping track of inventory, shipment and tracking of warranty parts, sales parts and other parts.
· Be responsible for the warehouse in and warehouse out management of accessories and make records.
· Organize storage and maintenance of inventory materials.
Regularly check inventor and reorder to prevent shortage, overstock.
· Maintaining and adding new parts to warehouse system.
· Make sure all relevant information is updated in warehouse system, descriptions, data, pictures etc.
· Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Job requirements:
· Proficient in English.
· Analytic and organizational Skills.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural / multi-functional team environment.
· Strong communication skills.
· Process and problem solving oriented.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires standing; walking; lifting and/or move up to 25Kg.
- Requires frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
