What will you be doing?
Our Payroll Professionals team links our advisory services and the practical implementation of payroll administration. Our team members have different academic backgrounds, making us a diverse group and encouraging mutual learning. Your main duties in this job will include:
running payroll administration systems and monitoring them for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
identifying risks and opportunities that arise in payroll administration systems
analysing key figures and reporting on them with the help of technology
optimising/automating the payroll process (internally and externally)
deploying technology to continue automating the payroll process
advising clients on all payroll-related matters.

You have an university degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or another financial discipline;
Candidates who have completed a PDL (Practical Payroll Administration) or VPS (Professional Payroll Services) programme or who have an MBA will have an advantage;
You have at least one year work experience in Dutch payroll processing;
You have good communication skills;
You are innovative, enterprising and not afraid to challenge the status quo;
You are a good team player;
You are good with figures, you have strong analytical skills, and you are quick to connect the dots;
You are fluent in English and are in process of learning or open to learning Dutch.
