Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People and Rewards Advisor to further develop the total rewards strategy in our growing international business. In this role, you'll focus on benefits administration, lease car management, and onboarding coordination across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will also be a part of the global Laborie HR team, working closely with two HR Generalists and play a key part in ensuring our HR operations provide a positive employee experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs across multiple EMEA and APAC countries, including health insurance, pensions, and allowances.
- Manage lease car arrangements end-to-end: from policy alignment and vendor coordination to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support general HR administration, employee lifecycle tasks, and assist in maintaining HRIS data accuracy: liaise with hiring managers, prepare documentation, and ensure a seamless start.
- Develop communication plans to drive awareness and understanding through the full employee lifecycle to provide a positive employee experience in onboarding and beyond. Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and onboarding.
- Assist with process improvement and HR documentation standardisation across countries.
What You Bring:
- 7 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in an EMEA-wide context.
- Solid understanding of employment benefits and familiarity with mobility or lease programmes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating onboarding activities and working with cross-border teams.
- High attention to detail and a structured, solutions-oriented working style.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. (German ++; French or Dutch +)
