MeMon’s solutions promote sustainable growth and are used in professional (organic) agriculture and horticulture, the hobby market, sports fields, and public green spaces.
To further strengthen our position in the professional market (Agri & Horti), we’re focusing heavily on expanding in Latin America and Asia. That’s why we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial International Sales Manager Agri & Horti to drive this growth ambition.
Your role as International Sales Manager Agri & Horti
The challenge: expanding our international network in the Agri & Horti segment.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for your regions;
- Translating market insights into actionable plans in collaboration with marketing and product development;
- Growing MeMon’s international distributor network in Latin America and Asia;
- Strengthening existing relationships across various regions;
- Leading portfolio, proposal, and negotiation processes - from first contact to contract signing;
- Providing and monitoring sales forecasts;
- Representing MeMon at international trade shows and visiting distributors and clients.
You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with a small, agile sales team.

We offer:
- A gross monthly salary of €5,000 – €7,000 (based on a full-time contract), tailored to your experience and qualifications;
- Attractive secondary benefits, including a pension scheme and bonus structure.
What you bring to the role of International Sales Manager Agri & Horti
- International commercial experience in the agricultural and horticultural sector, with a strong affinity for MeMon’s products;
- Solid knowledge of fertilizers and soil science;
- Experience in both strengthening existing partnerships and developing new markets;
- Excellent sales, technical, and communication skills;
- An existing network in the Agri/Horti sector, preferably in Latin America;
- Good communication skills in Dutch, English, and Spanish; French is a plus;
- A proactive, customer- and results-oriented mindset, with flexibility and initiative;
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to operate effectively at different levels within organizations;
- Willingness to travel abroad 4 to 8 weeks per year (spread across multiple trips).
