This newly expanded Performance Marketing Executive role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence and optimise all inbound marketing channels, impacting our business across multiple territories.
We're seeking a proactive and insightful individual who can expertly blend strategic support with hands-on optimisation. You'll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, playing an instrumental role in shaping our overall performance marketing strategy. Your expertise will be key in guiding best practices across all markets, empowering our Field Marketing Managers to achieve ambitious growth targets and drive significant revenue for our global operations.

Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in shaping global performance strategy by devising and refining comprehensive global SEO and Paid Search strategies, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and contributing directly to accelerated growth across all territories.
- Rigorously monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) across all regions and campaigns, translating complex data into actionable insights to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities for significant growth, and uncover areas for strategic improvement.
- Developing, meticulously documenting, and proactively disseminating cutting-edge best practices for SEO and Paid Search (including Google Ads and Bing Ads) to our Field Marketing teams worldwide, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and elevating execution standards.
- Acting as a crucial internal consultant for our Field Marketers, providing expert guidance and hands-on practical support, effectively troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering strategic, data-backed recommendations to optimise localised websites and ad campaigns for maximum impact.
- Actively contributing to the creation and dynamic delivery of impactful training materials and engaging workshops for Field Marketers, directly enhancing their skills and elevating their capabilities in all facets of performance marketing.
- Staying relentlessly ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies (including the transformative impact of AI) to strategically inform our evolving strategies and maintain a formidable competitive edge in the market.
- Supporting the use of our core marketing technology stack (such as SEMrush and Crazy Egg) across all regions, meticulously ensuring data integrity and maximising platform adoption and utility to unlock full potential.
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships with content, product, and sales teams to ensure seamlessly integrated marketing efforts, unified objectives and a cohesive approach to driving demand and revenue across the organisation.
What You'll Bring:
- Over 3 years of demonstrated success in performance marketing roles, with a clear track record of driving tangible results.
- A recognised expertise in Search Engine Optimisation, encompassing advanced technical SEO, keyword research, meticulous on-page optimisation, sophisticated content strategy development, and impactful link-building methodologies.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge and practical experience with both Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- A highly analytical skillset with the robust ability to interpret complex data sets, write actionable insights and formulate precise, data-driven recommendations that propel performance forward.
- Superb communication skills and a genuine passion for sharing expertise, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly and fostering a culture of learning within the team.
- A keen strategic mindset, able to connect day-to-day optimisations with broader business objectives and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.
- Fluency in English and in at least one other European language (French, German, or Dutch), enabling effective collaboration across our diverse international territories.
- Extensive practical experience utilising leading SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other comparable industry-standard SEO tools to inform and execute strategies.
- Deep and extensive experience in leveraging GSC and GA4 for in-depth performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and strategic insights.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and collaborating with external agencies, ensuring alignment of goals and maximising their contribution to our marketing efforts.

- €3,000 - €3,750 per month plus 8% holiday allowance.
