Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar scheduling, including coordinating multiple attendees across different time zones, arranging video conferences, and booking meeting rooms
- Organize and maintain the CPO daily schedule, including prioritizing meetings and ensuring appropriate preparation time
- Prepare meeting materials, including gathering relevant documents, creating presentations, and distributing agendas
- Maintain action item tracking systems and follow up on action items with HR team members and other stakeholders
- Assist in organizing HR department events and team meetings
- Support document management
Qualiications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of related experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
