We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our team. In this role, you’ll help with document management, regulatory compliance, scheduling, logistic, inventory control and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage emails, and office documents.
Compliance & Documentation: Assist with regulatory filings and maintain accurate records.
Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor pharmaceutical inventory and logistic work.
Communication: Support internal teams and communication with suppliers.
General Office Management: Ensure smooth office operations and assist with financial tasks.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years in a related administrative role.
Skills:
-Proficient in MS Office
-Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
- Experience with pharmaceutical area is a plus.
- Strong organizational team spirit, communication, and multitasking skills.
