What impact will you make?
As the PMI Officer at Bizzdesign, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of post-merger integration projects and strategic changes within the company.
This includes coordinating with various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering successful integration outcomes.
The ideal person we are looking for must have a proven track record of leading successful post-merger integrations.
What will you do?
- Developing and implementing comprehensive integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional international teams to identify synergies, streamline operations, and optimize business processes.
- Monitoring integration progress, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on integration status, milestones, and outcomes.
- Facilitating effective communication between merging entities to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Conducting post-integration evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the integration process.
What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of experience in post-merger integration, preferably in SaaS companies.
- You must have experience with the integration of international companies.
- You must be fluent in English, and other languages (e.g. French, Spanish, German, Dutch) are highly preferred.
- You have experience with PM tools & systems, and monitoring systems.
- You have proven experience in accelerating and supporting organizational change initiatives, improving the company’s ability to scale and integrate new M&A strategies.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing international and culturally diverse challenging integration projects.
- You have a strong understanding of financial analysis, business operations, business modeling, and organizational dynamics.
- You must have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and you know how to manage different stakeholders.
- You have the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- You live in The Netherlands and are willing and able to travel frequently to other office locations.
