Product Owner Linux Squad, 32 - 40 hours per week, Hengelo
A typical workday starts with the stand-up of the Linux Squad, during which you and your team check in with each other and pick up any actions. In these sessions, you discuss what went well, what could be improved, and where support is needed. Afterwards, you grab a coffee (Starbucks, perhaps) and focus on administrative tasks and incoming questions. Throughout the day, you participate in retrospectives or refinements with your Squad, or align with other Product Owners, including internationally, to coordinate complex epics or projects. You act as the link between the business, technical teams, and other priorities, translating these into concrete and realistic stories and epics. You oversee the big picture, monitor progress on all projects in your domain, and plan and manage the team’s velocity. At the end of the day, you may meet with the Business Partner Lead or your Chapter Lead to discuss challenges or shifting priorities, or celebrate successes with your team.
