This role will follow an early shift pattern starting at 07:30 from Monday to Friday with a shift allowance of 4.15%. (Required to work one Saturday every 5-6 weeks) This position offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

Purpose:

In this crucial role, you will contribute to the flawless execution of our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of a Class III Medical Device. As a Production Operator, you will:

• Maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare and Verify batch components for production.
• Set up machines and perform vital format changeovers.
• Manufacture products according to established procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and quality standards.
• Accurately completing documentation for each manufacturing step, Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Reconciling batches and transferring materials to designated areas.
• Report any identified security risks to management promptly.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• MBO or equivalent experience working in a GMP environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, and readily available for work.
• Dynamic team spirit with the ability to collaborate optimally.
• Willing and excited to work in a production role
• Basic knowledge of computer tools, including proficiency with Windows.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environment
• Certification in safety and compliance standards.
