Production Worker – Poultry Farming Systems (Full-Time)
Location: Eersel, Netherlands
Salary: €16,36 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), 1 shift (07:00–16:00)
Contract: Long-term
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team in Eersel. Our company develops, produces, and sells a wide range of poultry farming systems, with a strong focus on the construction of poultry houses and automatic nesting boxes.

Your Role
As a general assembly worker, you will be part of a team responsible for assembling and pressing large units, and occasionally operating saws. It is essential that you can manage your tasks efficiently to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce partial and final metal products for poultry houses and nesting boxes
- Perform mechanical metalworking tasks using milling machines and saws
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products
- Work accurately and precisely with a focus on results
Requirements
- General technical knowledge
- Manual skills and attention to detail
- A sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of metalworking is a plus
- Fluency in English
