Terminal Operations & Process Know-How
- Shadow and assist experienced operations teams in cargo handling, container management, and yard planning
- Gain practical insight into vessel, yard, and gate processes
- Participate in process mapping, operational analysis, and continuous improvement projects
TOS (Terminal Operating System) Exposure
- Learn the fundamentals of TOS platforms such as Navis N4
- Support configuration, monitoring, and testing of TOS solutions
- Help document user requirements, operational challenges, and solution recommendations
- Automation in Port Environments
- Discover the latest industry advances in equipment automation, OCR, and remote operations
- Observe automated gate, crane, and yard systems
- Contribute to pilot projects focusing on terminal digitalization and workflow automation
Consulting Skills Development
- Develop client-facing communication skills through customer meetings, documentation, and presentations
- Support senior consultants in workflow analysis and solution design
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and best practice guides
