Job Description
Project Controls Managers are responsible for the delivery of services on complicated projects (in the Benelux) typically of a value greater than €500M, and are specialised in the integration of; and/ or specific delivery of one or more of the following disciplines: risk; cost; schedule; governance; quality assurance; performance management; data management and reporting. Project Controls services are used to provide the project owner with assurance and transparency pertaining to the execution of said project in accordance with prescribed objectives and/ or KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Built Environment or Construction Management
- A minimum of 8 years of Project Controls experience
- Track record of achievement in Project Controls, preferably with a formal qualification in Project Management or one of the project controls disciplines (cost or schedule)
- Skilled in Project Controls systems; the full competence in Primavera will be advantageous with many clients
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Have full professional proficiency in English written and spoken language.
- Experience of developing and embedding programme control processes
- Experienced in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and comfortable with being client facing
