As a PMO you play a vital role as ASML transitions into a more mature era of Project, Program and Portfolio management. You have a profound impact on the success of the portfolio execution in your role as reliable business partner for our Portfolio and Program managers. Your core responsibility is to help the organization to focus on value creation and align projects effectively with our organization's strategy and focus on the outcomes that matter. You are good with people, processes and can align and integrate solutions within a complex environment.
Within the Customer Support (CS) P3O management office (CS PMO), we are looking for an experienced Program Management Officer with strong leadership skills.
CS delivers all the competencies required to deliver high quality service to the ASML customers and their machines, all over the globe. The central segment of CS drives the portfolio of improvements to meet future operational requirements and strategic objectives. Within this portfolio you will be supporting one of the business segments.
In this role you are the Project Management professional and operate in a complex portfolio of programs and projects which deliver to the customer support service organization. You collaborate with the Program manager and the team of PMO professionals to drive the maturity to the next level.
Role and responsibilities
Your main contribution will be:
Experience regarding successful program management, a structured mind-set and the ability to embed ASML’s best known methods within the program(s);
Collaboration with the program team and your PMO colleagues;
Leadership and change management skills to drive improvements within the Portfolio, Program(s) and project(s);
Create a heartbeat within the programs with daily organizational skills and prepare strategic decisions (delivering project- and program information first time right).
You day to day responsibilities include:
Program management within the CS NPI domain, daily program and project support within DUV NPI. This includes mainly activities related to PGP planning and alignment, project scheduling, knowledge management, organizational governance and stakeholder management
Means and methods: ensuring the NPI baseline via change control mechanism. This requires facilitation skills across multi-disciplinary teams and change management skills
Minimal experience with agile project management needed, daily activities include change-the-business tasks over a short period of time, executed by in-segment change team
Education and experience
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience with bachelors degree.
5+ years of working experience with Program and Portfolio management;
- Experienced with the application of MSP or equivalent;
- Experienced with Project Management Methodologies.

Other information
In this position you report to the Line Manager for PMO and Portfolio within the Portfolio Delivery team in CS Central Services. The PMO role provides the opportunity to further grow into the program- and portfolio management career development path within ASML.
