We are excited to be on the search for a new member to help serve our community. We are looking for a receptionist superstar who will essentially become the face of our practice, so an outgoing and bubbly personality with good communication and customer service skills are of the utmost importance.

Hours: Around 15 hours per week. The current available shifts are Friday afternoon (~5 hours) and Saturday morning (~5 hours). There are also midday shifts available on Wednesday and Thursday.
Wage: First wage is €15,00 per hour
Your role will include:
- Opening and closing the practice
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Creating invoices and accepting payments
- Helping to educate clients in their health and wellness
- Liaising with health professionals in regards to care of the clients
Skills necessary for the role include:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Proficient in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and warm phone manner
- Computer literacy
- Time management skills
- Lives in Amsterdam
We currently offer at least 2 shifts per week on Fridays and Saturdays. There will probably be other shifts available during the week for those who are looking for that. Ideally we are looking for someone flexible who would also be able to fill in shifts during the vacations of our other team members.
This role is a long-term position. Please do not apply if you are looking for a short-term position, as there is lots of training that goes into this job.
