Opportunity Overview:
We are looking for event based Registration Assistants to support our event registration area. In this role, you will welcome attendees, assist with the check-in process, print and distribute badges, and ensure a smooth and efficient registration experience for all guests.
This role requires standing for periods, with opportunities to rotate between desk and attendee-facing duties. Event briefing and system training will be provided in advance. Uniform/identification will be supplied.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet attendees with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Locate attendee details using the registration system (training provided).
Print and distribute event badges accurately and efficiently.
Assist with resolving basic registration or badge-related queries.
Provide event information and directions to attendees as required.
Maintain a neat and organised registration desk area.
Support other event staff to ensure smooth flow of attendees during peak times.
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with a diverse audience.
Comfortable using a computer or registration terminal (training provided).
Able to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full duration of the event.
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Position Type:
This is an event based contracted position. We have several contractors, event professional, and freelancer positions available, offering flexibility and autonomy.
Pay: Hourly rate €15/h
