What will you do?
As a Research Analyst in the R&D team, your core responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of financial sub-models related to asset allocation, asset classes, macroeconomic trends, and trading.
- Performing structured research and analysis on investment models and financial data.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality and accurate modeling tools.
- Testing, validating, and optimizing algorithms to enhance performance and reliability.
- Documenting research processes, model structures, and performance KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and participating in process improvements.
- Contributing to structured innovation and continuous improvement within R&D.

What do you bring?
- Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally as a quantitative analyst.
- Experience in financial modeling, research, or product development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with data platforms, statistical tools, and technical environments.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for structured innovation.
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, CPA) are a plus.
