We are looking for a person with:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a client-facing role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and accurately;
- Ability to read, understand, and apply relevant EU regulations;
- Persistence and analytical thinking to effectively resolve complex challenges;
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to contribute ideas and support continuous improvement;

As a Business Analyst you will be supporting clients in the implementation and effective use of our SaaS solutions for IFRS, Solvency II, CSRD, IORP II and DORA regulations.
In this role, you will act as the key liaison between regulatory requirements and the development team, representing the client’s needs and ensuring that our solutions remain compliant and functionally aligned with evolving regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance across our platforms and contributing to the enhancement of their capabilities to better serve our clients.
The role involves occasional travel within Europe for on-site client visits.
- Gather and define business requirements based on both regulatory changes and client needs;
- Interpret complex information and structures, including regulatory frameworks and client-specific environments;
- Implement business-driven changes within calculation models and client-specific configurations;
- Analyze the impact of changes on software functionality and calculations;
- Provide support to clients and internal teams by addressing product-related questions and issues;
- Guide the development and testing teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring accurate translation of requirements;
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining internal processes, anticipating client needs, and proposing enhancements to system functionality;
- Actively participate in a range of cross-functional projects.
