Dave & Adam’s Card World launched in 1991 when two friends opened a small card store in Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Cashing customers out
- Organization and restocking of merchandise
- Retrieve items from the warehouse based on customer orders, using picking lists or automated systems.
- Inspect products for defects or discrepancies and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
- Package items securely, ensuring they are ready for shipping or delivery to customers.
- Label packages, prepare shipping documents, and load items onto delivery trucks.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized to avoid accidents and improve workflow efficiency.
- Place products in their designated areas, ensuring they are organized and easy to locate.
- Replenish inventory in warehouse areas as needed to ensure optimal stock levels.
