Your Mission: Accelerate the impact of our Commercial Engine
This is not a traditional RevOps role. You are not a support function. You are the strategic mastermind and operational force multiplier for our entire Go-to-Market organization (incl. Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success).
Your mission is to dismantle operational friction, redesign our commercial processes from first principles, and build a scalable, data-driven machine that propels Mollie into the next gear of growth. You are the architect of how we win.
What You'll Achieve
You'll be handed some of our most complex commercial challenges. Your output will be the strategic frameworks and operational systems that become the new standard at Mollie.
Re-engineer Sales Processes: You will overhaul our core sales procedures - from lead generation to customer renewal. Your efforts will identify and rectify inefficiencies, significantly accelerate our sales cycles, and enhance the productivity of our Go-to-Market teams.
Implement Streamlined Frameworks: You will be pivotal in developing and executing new sales processes and frameworks tailored to meet evolving business needs. Your work will streamline operations and ensure effective functionality across the sales enablement domain.
Develop Comprehensive Documentation & Support Systems: You will create and maintain detailed documentation, including extensive "How to" guides for team usage - that serves as a single source of truth for the commercial organization.
Automate and Innovate with Technology: You will work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to explore and implement automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, and investigate alternative solutions using advanced tools and AI technologies. Your focus will be on leveraging intelligent systems to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency at scale.
What you’ll need:
We are looking for a rare breed: a top-tier strategic thinker who possesses a relentless bias for execution. You live at the intersection of strategy and operations.
Consulting Toolkit, Builder's Mindset: You likely spent 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, where you mastered structured problem-solving, data analysis, and executive communication. Crucially, you then took those skills and applied them in the real world, owning and executing complex projects within a fast-moving commercial organization. You’ve proven you can build what you design.
Strategic Architect, Pragmatic Operator: You can zoom out to see the entire commercial ecosystem and identify the highest-leverage opportunities. Then, you can zoom in, roll up your sleeves, and build the solution brick by brick. You create elegant solutions for complex problems, not complex solutions for simple ones.
First-Principles Problem Solver: You don't just fix symptoms; you diagnose and solve root causes. When faced with a challenge, your instinct is to ask "why" and question every assumption until you find the fundamental truth.
