We distribute our products both through wholesale — to major specialty or multi-brand retailers — and through retail, via our concessions in department stores.

To support our growth, we are looking for an Sales and Merchandising Assistant - internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ad-hoc projects, including data analysis and reporting on sales performance
- Create seasonal marketplace pricing analysis reports to track key classifications against all competitor brands
- Visit the marketplace and create marketplace reports to inform internal teams
- Own and drive the weekly change log process, update relevant tools and communication with the Sales team
- Create seasonal sales tools: GTM presentations/pricing pyramids/high-resolution product images/key look books/product assortment plans
- Create Seasonal Sales catalogues in PLM and Masterfile/Pricelists
- Tag seasonal product in PLM for forecasting exercise
- Support with seasonal close-out lists
- Manage the end-to-end process of ordering, tracking and delivering Salesman and Production Samples for Active and Lifestyle brands.
- Co-ordinate with merchandising teams for seasonal ordering of samples and toolkits for Paris and Hilversum showrooms and sales teams
- Maintain showroom organisation and ensure physical samples are stored and displayed according to company standards.
Sales
- Support Sales Managers in managing day to day business for key retail accounts
- Assist in maintaining sales reports, business trackers, and account-specific recaps
- Help prepare market presentations and line reviews for seasonal meetings
- Analyse sales and sell-through data to support assortment and forecasting decisions
- Monitor key item performance and identify growth opportunities across accounts
- Co-ordinate with internal teams including Planning, Merchandising and Marketing
- Assist in order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of product
- Participate in showroom setup and visual merchandising for seasonal markets
- Conduct competitive research and industry trend analysis

Qualifications
- Passionate about product, brand(s) ethos, the consumer and the marketplace
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, adaptability and a proactive mindset
